I do not agree that all the clubs in the Ligue 1 has actually given up, they do want to win the league title just like PSG and remember few seasons ago we had Lille winning the Ligue despite every attempt by PSG that season to win so I do not want to believe they are not working towards winning, last season we saw that Marseille finished second although with a poor attempt but they look forward to winning the title some day only that they are yet to have the form that will position them right enough.
It's difficult because in most cases all the teams want to make a Difference but they can't because basically PSG has many more Quality players and that's pretty obvious Investment in the Teams is a big advantage, Good players are needed in the other teams to see if they can compete and manage to reach an interesting league final.
True the difference in quality between PSG and the other teams in the league is too much if any team is to win the French ligue 1 anytime soon then then they really needs to bring in quality players to strengthen their squad by investing in players that and that means that they will have to slash out the cash to get top players to bring into their teams
