The plan to cash out is not the main goal because they initially wanted to settle the bet. However, due to certain conditions that required them to secure their money immediately, they decided it was better to cash out rather than lose and get nothing.

In parlay betting, they hoped to turn small bets into big ones, even though most failed, they still did it repeatedly for the desired profit... but cashing out midway was their solution to secure their money.

But when you cash out and it still wins? That’s where the real regret kicks in.
Which is more regrettable: not cashing out and having the bet lose anyway? That’s even more regrettable.
