It's like all the clubs in Ligue 1 have given up to PSG as their king without a rival. If not we would have seen at least one club that would have challenge PSG and make history for themselves for once. However, the poor financial condition of those clubs is something we need to put into consideration which is one of the major reason why PSG is dominating the league.
I do not agree that all the clubs in the Ligue 1 has actually given up, they do want to win the league title just like PSG and remember few seasons ago we had Lille winning the Ligue despite every attempt by PSG that season to win so I do not want to believe they are not working towards winning, last season we saw that Marseille finished second although with a poor attempt but they look forward to winning the title some day only that they are yet to have the form that will position them right enough.
For next season, the dynamics of the Ligue 1 trophy race will likely remain unchanged, with PSG remaining a formidable force and difficult to beat. Marseille, AS Monaco, Lille, and several other teams certainly have the potential to break PSG dominance, but their strength often only lasts for half a season, appearing to run out of steam by the second half. This has been the reality of the last few seasons, and PSG are certainly happy and comfortable maintaining their dominance.
However, nothing is impossible in football, surprises can happen at any time. For example, Leverkusen were fortunate enough to break Bayern Munich dominance in the Bundesliga, and perhaps a similar surprise could also occur in Ligue 1. So far, PSG still to be in top form, and they look very ready to face the challenges of the new season.
