Well, even if the casino decided to use telegram as their major platform through which they provide support for or to their customers and prospective customers as well, I don't see anything wrong with this since this is what they see as being more convenient for them, and persons like myself would even prefer contacting them on telegram than using the live support on that website because live support isn't always live as one will have to wait a couple of hours sometimes before getting a reply, and sometimes when we get a reply early, it's mostly from a bot that can't solve our problem.
