It is good that you don't try to take a loan. I also avoid to take a loan, I think it is bad way to deal with our financial problem. If I have the stuffs that I can sell, I prefer to sell my stuff than taking a loan.

Sure, taking a loan 80-100% of our income isn't reasonable. How we can repay the loan with too high percentage? Taking a loan surely must be with the amount of money that we are capable for the repayment.

I don't think anyone wants to be in debt but the problem is life doesn't always turn out the way we expect. Many people take on debt not because they like it or want to, but because they don't have a better solution.

Borrowing more or less will depend on many factors, the amount of money you need, and the purpose of use. No one wants to borrow too much because the more they borrow, the harder it is to pay back, but sometimes they still borrow beyond their means because they need money urgently.

And many people do not know that loan is addictive, you get used to it little by little until it becomes part of you, so you should be over conscious when taking loan.

This may only be true for lazy people, I don't think normal people are addicted to borrowing money. Because they only borrow money when life is really difficult and there is no other solution, normal people will not borrow money just to spend lavishly.
