My prediction is that Bayer Leverkusen will struggle to compete for a top four finish given the club's current condition and lack of reliable players.
I even speculate that Borussia Dortmund will be better than Leverkusen.
It's clear that Dortmund has players like Serhou Guirassy, a former VfB Stuttgart player, who possesses immense talent.
Bayer Leverkusen must accept this reality, and as long as Erik Ten Hag remains in charge, I don't think the club will progress well.
I agree, top four seems to be almost guaranteed that they will not do this season. It's clear that they are not looking that strong and we are going to see them fail. Erik Ten Ha is a manager I really dislike, and I mean like nearly hate. So with him, and new transfers and bad players, I am sure that they are going to end up being terrible. We shouldn't really expect them to do well at all.
We are going to see them have a huge trouble all season long. This isn't easy to handle, but it is also not that impossible neither. We could see them be in top four if they are careful, but it is going to be near impossible. They would have to overachieve to get there. From a team that won the league, to the team that would be lucky if they are fourth, is a sad trajectory.
