I disagree, old projects are still accepting Bitcoin donation, some new projects also accept Bitcoin donation too.
It might due to tech winter hence not many people want to create a new project, they have more responsibility, so they don't have much time for fun.
Although the forum not allow begging, but if someone create a honest project and accepting Bitcoin as donation, the forum won't delete the thread.

After reading OP’s last topic (which was deleted by moderators) it is obvious why he started this thread, the purpose was to find out if the forum is open to donating bitcoins before opening his own charity thread.
Usually people post something with a purpose, this is what the purpose why @OP created this thread. Although the forum not allow begging, but if someone create a honest project and accepting Bitcoin as donation, the forum won't delete the thread.
