Phil was busy fixing a miner for a customer.
Phil will also be busy tonight as I am taking my wife out to dinner for our 39th year
anniversary.
Enjoy the dinner and happy anniversary to both of you.
I just have my 6th last week. Don't know whether I will last that long to celebrate my 39th anniversary. Wish me luck
Best of luck.
I want to make it past 50 I would be 79 so it is not impossible.
Very possible.
My grandpa (father's side) passed away at 106 y.o. (born in 1899). Up to 105 he could function normally, with full mobility and good mental capacity. It was only for a few months that he was bedridden and he passed away peacefully in his sleep. Lived in the countryside for most of his life. We took him with us to the city during his later years to be close to him.
The way I see it, body and mind need regular stimulation/exercise. This means living an active life, doing training/gym/running for the body (helps the mind too), and being active/creative/productive for the mind. If you just sit idle watching TV all day (many old people end up like this), everything will soon begin to shut down. So, my advice is to stay healthy, fit and active.
And don't overdo it with the Elijah Craig!
