I think it is a launch of their announcement thread in Bitcoin forum but the casino launch is longer than that.The thread launch here implies something like they want to advertise their band in a biggest Bitcoin forum and also a favorite destination of many online gambling companies. It also implies their coming marketing activities in this forum like a signature campaign or a contest.
