I also feel like OP accepted the decision after reviewing the time. OP claims the matches started after 1 hour and 11 minutes of his bet, but according to the link Rating Place provided, it shows most of the matches started between 8 AM and 9 AM. So, I am also confused by what OP said. Now, I am curious if it is possible to place a bet on a match that was already ended or the result is almost predictable. It should not be possible to place a bet if some of the match already ended. They odds provider should work on it.
According to the screenshot, they(Roobet) acknowledged that the incorrect start times issue was due to a technical error and that's why the bets were cancelled. They promised to work on it to prevent a future occurrence.
