I recall Chelsea is not a title contender for UCL this season. They have very young squad, and lack of exp in UCL. So, i doubt them to compete for the title race, but i don't underrated them consider they sometimes created a surprise.
Beating PSG in CWC may be the only reason why they're still worthy enough to consider. I hope your wish will be coming true, though the chance is literally small.
But Chelsea literally just won the Club World Cup when there were many more worthy candidates? If you remember the last time Chelsea won the Champions League, that season they were only 4th in the Premier League, a huge gap from first place and just a couple of points from 5-7. Of course I don't believe that Chelsea will win the Champions League in the near future, but nevertheless such a possibility exists, in tournaments with a playoff stage there is a lot of randomness.
