I would say Manchester City normally but Guardiola has changed policies. He doesn't want to spend a ton of money on a player currently. By the way it is still early for Gonzalo García to take such a big responsibility in my opinion.

Liverpool are willing to spend 130m on Isak (having already spent 300m on other players) and it seems they will improve their offer in the face of Newcastle's tough stance. Against this background, 150 million for Vinny looks cheap (I think Real will accept such an offer). There is also PSG.
