All this with 0.07BTC that is  approximately $9,120 at a price of $120,000BTC which is somewhat a very low amount of money in most countries around the world to afford such a house you displayed over here, this sounds so unbelievable.

The story didn't add up mate
Judging by the exterior and interior of the house, it looks too luxurious to cost about $10k. Or I don't understand anything about pricing in OP's country.

After holding onto my Bitcoin for several years, a few weeks ago I finally decided to sell a portion of my Bitcoin to purchase a modest home.
Doesn't your home look too "modest"? Smiley

If it's not too much trouble, could you post a few more photos of this $10k home? Also, could you tell us the area of this home, how many rooms it has, etc.? So that readers of your story can have an idea of your "purchase".

Although some people might think it’s a bit regrettable to sell Bitcoin at this time, for me personally, since a house is a primary need for me now, I consider this decision to be the right.
On the contrary, judging by the market, now is a good time to sell bitcoin. This "holiday" with the price growth will not last forever.

Consider your purchase of real estate as a diversification of risks and investment in another asset, and also, first of all, this is your place of residence.
