There will be no much difference between this formation and what Real Madrid will play. The major difference I'm seeing here is the inclusion of Rodrigo. Has Alonso finally decided to be using the star boy instead of selling him?

I don't think there is enough experience to lead the defence.
If I were to be a coach, I will never entrust the leadership of my defence in the hand of Rudiger. He is a good player no doubt, but hi doesn't have that coordination to direct the defence.
This is unlike Ramos, no matter how radical or brutal he was, he was able to lead from back and organise the defence in a good manner.
I agree that there could be "some" changes, but lets be honest, do they "need" new players when they have this squad? They can use Rodrygo or not use him, that depends on them, but they have players for all positions.
Rudiger, Militao, Alaba, and this new kid Huijsen at defense, you think they do not have experience ? Carreras and Mendy and Trent and Carvajal on the backs?
I mean they do have all they need, and if Xabi is saying that they need players, then I think they are free to fire Xabi even right now.
Anyone looking at this squad, and says they need more players to win, should not be coach of Real Madird. They have an insane squad, not just these 11, I mean like full squad, and they should be able to get the title with it.
