Period Apr 09 - May 09. In this period, 1952 reports handled as good, 89 handled as bad, 77 unhandled.
Period May 09 - Jun 08. In this period, 943 reports handled as good, 55 handled as bad, 92 unhandled.
Period Jun 08 - Jul 08. In this period, 986 reports handled as good, 92 handled as bad, 107 unhandled.
