I lost access due to 2FA. When I try to disable 2FA, I get the message that I am logging in from a different location than last time, but I am currently in my usual country. The phone recovery option also fails, giving the error: “invalid parameter phone number”.
Please manually reset my 2FA so I can regain access to my account. I can provide any additional verification or identification if required.

Sorry if this burst your bubble bud but freebitco support is no longer active on this forum, you can try contacting through the site but do not also expect any reply from them either..
I think your only chance is to contact them through their email address, but do not also expect any reply from them any time soonest as their reply can get up to one week or more before you get it.
This is one definitely one of the worst time to have issues with your freebitco account, the casino is currently at its one of its worst state, withdrawal requests are being delayed for no most cause plus a whole lots of other issues, I do hope you have your issue resolved very soon but honestly speaking, it might not be easy.
