People have choices deciding when to sell. There is no fixed target necessary for investors to sell, some investors are okay seeing their portfolio grow 100% and become likely to sell. Holding period of investors differs, mine can be 5-6 years depending on when the ATH happens, but in the future i will sell my Bitcoin for profits same with everyone.
You can't control how others sees the market, right where we are investors are selling, ideally investors are to buy low and sell high as long they've succeeded their investment goal then its fine.
