We've had some discussions here regarding fix matches being real or not, but today something astonishing happened where I was watching today's game that made me start to believe this narrative about fix matches being true.
I’m not a fan of football, but game fixing does occur in minor leagues. This is partly because the organisers lack the resources to spend on equipment for cameras, and the committee lacks the expertise to identify game fixing. These teams or fighters do it subtly, so it’s not so obvious when you see it.

But it’s different in the major league because the reputation and the sponsorships depend on how transparent the games are, so they have experts, equipment and even insiders to check if there are plans to rig the game and once caught, they have a very stiff penalty of a lifetime ban and a very hefty penalty.
