It all depends on you, no one can make that decision for you as a gambler. When you are beginning to notice that you are running in losses or becoming overly addicted to it. Taking breaks is very important to gain balance, sometimes I deliberately stop gambling for a while when I'm in profit because I know that if I continue gambling I Will end up losing so that's the reason why I just give must a temporary break to make sure that I utilize my profits
That to me makes a lot of sense. The aptitude to step right back is likely to be the most valuable one of any gambler. Resting enhances a clear mind, and it prevents one to lose in the chase which usually results in more problems. It is intelligent to secure your income and not to be obsessed with the idea to win all the time. A difference really does make balance and discipline.

In the end, we agreed that taking a break and not forcing ourselves to gamble is definitely a very good thing, but in the current situation, it is very difficult for some gamblers to do so. They seem to always forget what is actually important, which is self-control to know where to start and where to stop.

There is nothing wrong with temporarily stopping our gambling activities because it is indeed very good, but there is always a lot of internal conflict when we gamble, as if stopping is a situation that should not be done.
There are moments when I always feel this way while playing slots or other games, especially when we lose a large amount or are on a winning streak. This is the test we must try to overcome, because if we become too entangled in gambling and get carried away by it, that is not a good thing.

Yes, sometimes you should focus on your mental health and don't stress out yourself on gambling if you're having a hard time. If a thing just put stress to you, give it a break, think about what you've did and your mistakes in your game plan and retrace all of it. Having pause or breaks are healthy, especially if you're a consistent one and also to avoid getting addicted to gambling.

It also helps you regain focus and clear your mind so you can make better decisions next time in gambling. Remember that gambling should be for fun, not a constant source of pressure. I get it some of you really wants money but of course don't stress yourself Once you’re in a better state of mind, you can come back with a fresh perspective.
