I lost access due to 2FA. When I try to disable 2FA, I get the message that I am logging in from a different location than last time, but I am currently in my usual country. The phone recovery option also fails, giving the error: “invalid parameter phone number”.
Please manually reset my 2FA so I can regain access to my account. I can provide any additional verification or identification if required.

Try writing the phone number with the country code, but do not put a plus before the code.
