But I realize coaching star players will be more difficult than the collective of ordinary players. Maybe this will be Xabi's challenge in Madrid. If he manages to combine the team's collective play, with individual skills, it will be a deadly weapon. Madrid will be a good team.
Coaching star players cannot be hard on every cases because they're already experienced and has undergo several strategies from different coaches and was able to adapt and learn from it so having someone to coach them could make the coach work to be easier because there is no strategy they will not adapt and sometimes they could possibly give the the coach an existing way that works for them so that coach can only do a little amendment to take in strategy so actually this could sometimes reduce the coach mental stress and could sometimes affect the coach negatively because some of the star players are hard to please by there coach and they tend to act anyhow.
