High pay low pay doesn’t matter much, they all are wage slaves in the end. What you really need is a business that you fully own. That way you can choose pay zero tax as there are many ways to avoid taxes “legally” which are not available to waye slavin people.
It's not possible if your business is small because you don't have enough power to bribe the tax officer, instead they're the one who will give high taxes. Some high salary employees try to reduce their tax by creating a small business with fake traffic.

As for me, if I have these two options and I am asked to choose between a state or country with high paying jobs and high taxes, or a state with low paying jobs and low taxes, I would definitely choose the place where the jobs are low-paying and the taxes are low. What matters is not how much someone is receiving as salary, or let’s say how much they make every day, week, or month, but how much they are spending. That’s the main point. Someone can be receiving a high salary, but the problems they have to solve may be high as well. That’s the reason why we often find some people struggling to achieve anything, despite working in a place where they’re paid a high salary. On the other hand, those who receive lower salaries might be able to achieve something. The main reason is that people who earn less mostly don’t have as many problems to solve, and their expenses are lower.
It's obvious you're an upper middle class in poor country, upper middle class have an option to enjoy the life although you can't enjoy as much as you can. Poor or middle class people in poor country are living like in the hell, their problems isn't to save money from taxes, but their problem is how their salary can be enough to survive for each month.
