Actually this case has been said repeatedly and most people agree to it while others don't. I am certain that some games may be fixed because my father is a gambler who deals on past record from a local bet in my area. This bet is called pools, they believe match are fixed but this game are not usually regular game. The selection is only 49 matches every weekend and from his prediction sometimes he gets it accurately and sometimes he get some accurately and fails some, but he is not always accurate from his prediction but from some of his proves they all went smoothly and I can tell that it all went well. But since gambling is based on luck, I can't be certain if this fixed match works as speculated. But perhaps I somehow see his prediction to be true. Or it may probably be a coincidence.
