If you want to have a wallet inside Telegram, then there are a lot of verified non-custodial bot wallets, including those from well-known crypto exchanges.
I will even nit use anything that is third party. Example is a wallet on Telegram provided by a bot or to make use of an exchange service. I prefer to access the exchange directly or download the wallet instead and use it without any third party. Anything that has to do with exchanges and wallet, I prefer to avoid Telegram.
