To many risk involve towards having a transaction came from gambling that's why their institution is trying to avoid accepting those transaction which came from gambling. For our safety we better follow so that we don't get an issue with their institution since its so hassle if it happens they flagged our account and transactions
Aside the issue of involving their bank in a money laundering where funds could be moved from the gambling platform straight to the bank account, I don't see what other risk the banks are avoiding. They are a centralized institution and can always freeze or trace the transaction even discovered after days later and still get to last destination where the money landed.
But there's always better option if people really want to deposit fiat since if they look at their local digital fiat wallet provider maybe there's an option on which they can deposit fiat directly here or other casino.
Since so far our local provider have that option and many of our country men choose this option aside from depositing using crypto.
Well, those fintech are actually helping to make local fiat deposits in gambling platforms seamless as possible, no wonder people use them much often than they use the normal physical banks because they give extra services.
