PSG just won their first Champions League title, left with the same players in the team, i expect them to be a difficult competitor but chances should be slim even if they will make the league difficult for other teams to progress, they might be kicked out during any stage of the finals before the main final. I have the feeling that if Barcelona can make it to the semi final, this time around might become the next Champions League winners, with their performance so far they deserve to raise the title.

After winning a title, a certain confidence usually builds up within the team. But it would be very foolish to continue playing with the same team. Because everyone else will understand their tactics and weaknesses. It would be very difficult for PSG to win the trophy twice at the same time.

But when it comes to Barcelona, I can say this. They were a very good team before and still are. Barcelona's game is never the same. They change their tactics again and again. They go out on the field to win perfectly. But it is not always the same. In all kinds of sports, luck is needed as well as skill. Football is no exception. But, this time Barcelona will try their best to make the trophy their own.

In my opinion, the biggest benefit PSG gained from their success last season is the improvement in the team mentality, which will give them great motivation when they compete for trophies again next season and beyond. Winning back to back Champions League trophies is certainly not easy, but I think PSG has a good chance of doing so. Luis Enrique is highly experienced in reading the dynamics of competition, and he’s also quite a genius when it comes to preparing different strategies for each challenge.

On the other hand, I think Barcelona deserves to be among the favorites to win next season. They just need more luck than last season to reach the final, even though Hansi Flick hasn't been very active in recruiting new players in this summer transfer window. However, with Real Madrid current squad overhaul, Barcelona will likely face greater pressure in La Liga, which means they need to work harder to stabilize their performance in the Champions League.
