What I am doing roght now is I am doing pushups late nights early morning whenever I feel an urge of sex or money or some emotion.
But not everyday.
Sometimes i am doing other things like pullups and etc.
Everything at home on terrace under the clouds.
and I am seeing good gains.
Its tough to make counts as I try to focus on something else while doing reps.
I think when I count a strange thing happens.
If yesterday I did 50 at once then My mi d today have that no. fixed.
And when yoday I do I start to lose strength when its around 45
When I put all by focus something else I feel more warmth aroundmy chest.
When doing a good set sleep and put you hands around the chest if you feel warmt in the muscle try to increase that warm temp. By doing more and more.
I wont be able to continue in this exersise ans I lose count.
But still would love to be a member.
Thanks
I am trying to analyse this write up and it's not sinking. The pushups exercise and this thread report is not a do or die affair. Everyone has a reason for doing pushups and it's basically what works for everyone in their own different ways. Pushups exercise does not work very well when you're emotionally down cast because it needs your focus and consciousness. This means it's practically impossible or difficult for an emotionally weak person to participate in pushups since it also comes with its own weakness.
Money is very related to over 60% of almost every human emotions, get your self together and I believe things would work well.
I will advise you to first of all; get yourself together and work on your other areas and anything that's affecting your emotions. There's more things you can do to keep fit too. An emotionally relaxed person can go to any number of pushups.
I would suggest that you get a record book. Write down every single push-up you do at all time with the date. You must not have to report it every day but you can keep the record safe until whenever you feel like, then you report all the pushups you've been doing. 45 pushups is big enough and I believe that with time you can do better.
