You should remind your friend more strongly, and tell him that it will all be in vain, if you want to have a house, car, & nice clothes, save and work hard, if possible invite him to invest, it is not impossible to get rich in gambling, but look, only 1 in 100 can, and even then most of them will go bankrupt again
Whenever I come across people like this I just feel for them because they are just doing what they think is right In ignorance without knowing what will be the effect of what they are doing. It is difficult to to convince people to invest when they are not ready to invest and since this person's interest to win big I'm gambling their is nothing you will tell this person that will change is mind from gambling . People like this always learn from their experience and not of that of others or from the advice of people.
