Realistically you don't need the safest setup of wallet. Let's be honest, you don't have enough money to need this. If you really wanted to go all in, you create something ridiculous like a multisig wallet that mixes several hardware wallets and airgapped laptops. Using this to ever make a transaction would be very annoying. Backing all of it up would be a nightmare and the chance of losing some of the backups is very high. Stick to simple suggestions of prior users such as using commercial hardware wallet.
