Bitcoin's scarcity isn't just a digital artifact; it's a marvel of social consensus engineering. Even scarcer technologies may emerge in the future, but their value will be challenging to replicate.
Scarcity comes from having a limited supply therefore we can always have coins that are more scares than Bitcoin but this doesn't mean they'll be valuable than Bitcoin.
From my observations since the creation of bitcoin or introduction of bitcoin I have not see a coin that will be more valuable than bitcoin, bitcoin scarcity can be as result of miners and also holders of bitcoin who have been holding Bitcoin for long-term and they're no circulation of bitcoin, I think such a factor can be one of the major reasons why Bitcoin can be scarce
But in the aspects of any coin dominate a bitcoin, I have not seen any way another can be ahead of bitcoin, because bitcoin have a dominion over other coins due to it gives rises to other coins.
