I became a big fan of Nottingham forest after they finish seventh in 2024/25 season. In 2023/24 season Nottingham finished 17th, just one position above the relegation zone. This shows that every team has the capability to finish at top position regardless of it's position in last season. Likewise, Crystal palace finished 12th in 2024/25 season but they won Emirates FA Cup and recently they defeated EPL winner Liverpool in Community Shield. All indicators are positive for Crystal Palace for upcoming season.
The monopoly of Premier league is changing and I will be happy to see more. Some people will say that I'm ranting this because my favorite club is trash but it's not like that. It's going to be boring if one club continues to to win the league continuesly like other teams are not there in the first place. There used to be a season when teams like Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool were exchanging trophies like water, so monopolize that other teams are not winning anything.
However, the game is changing because the other clubs now has raised the best players, some top teams go there to buy there players at expensive price to win the league but now they are preserving their players to form a good squad instead of selling for millions without getting any trophies in the end. It's better we see this improvement so it can motivate other players to Perform well and better. Other teams that hasn't win anything will get chance to win trophy too.
