Sorry my report is coming late I had a very busy day so I had to jot down my record after completing my pushups workouts in the morning. I jotted down my records should incase I forget the accurate counts I can fall back to my jotter

If you are doing push ups properly then there is no problem even if you are late in submitting your report. You can submit your report at any time of the day. People are busy and it is normal for people to be busy.
I was sick for a while and my body was very weak but today I completed push-ups through my recovery. Today I completed 100 push-ups in 5 sets which I feel is a complete for me.
