Over past 8 seasons Manchester City have been totally dominating the Premier league with Pep Guardiola winning a remarkable 6 out of eight in the Premier this is usually not too common but actually it’s a feat that I know was common with Sir Alex Ferguson Manchester United, so this season I will actually want a change. The club that had the opportunity to break the jinx was bottlers Arsenal but they failed thrice, so I am not counting on them again.

Since this Manchester City dominance I have noticed that people have been the laughing about Premier League been the toughest or the most competitive league in the world. I think right now it is actually arguable if it is but before now it seriously got the title right at the most competitive and the most watched league in the world. For me I will say it still stands a chance to be called that and this is my reason,

If we look the Europe top five leagues none come closer to it, for Laliga it was been either  Barcelona or Real Madrid for the past fifteen years with atletico Madrid getting in for just two occasions, for Seria A Juventus went 10 straight league title before their fall and now in the past five years it gets a little bit competitive. Then for Bundesliga it’s always Bayern Munich except two season ago when they seem to go on holiday. All this league have usually have identical top four except premier league. In all of the Season that Manchester City won the premier league it was always stretched to the last game or last two games except two season. Before Manchester City there was an underdog winner Leicester which doesn’t happen alot in other leagues. Then outside premier league in this Period Manchester city were still a menace in whole of Europe still, this actually shows the club competitiveness
