Censorship can also potentially block access to TOR. I've heard that Iran and China have already done so. For those who are truly concerned about privacy I recommend obfuscating TOR traffic using StegoTorus to bypass possible restrictions.

so basically tor is wrapped by stegotorus

so to make them work you need, tor server, stegotorus server

so tor client and stegotorus client

mmmm very complex, but couldn't we just use stegotorus? The fact is that the race between predator and prey never stops, they'll make an anti-stegotorus later.
We can't wrap forever.. in my opinion the whole concept of the TOR protocol needs to be changed.
