Just because Crystal Palace can win against Liverpool does not mean that they are improving.

Sometimes teams have their own plans, and luck also plays a role. I think Liverpool played their best, but it wasn't their best performance. If they had played seriously, I'm sure they could have scored more. We can see how the final results each season in the EPL haven't been as impressive as Crystal Palace performance, but Liverpool have always been far better. So, I can probably attribute Crystal Palace victory to luck.

Well well I can't say it's all luck because Crystal Palace played a very good football and Liverpool as a team can attest to that, personally I feel Liverpool became a little bit relaxed and allowed Crystal Palace back in the game and before they realize it was all too late and again for the luck aspect I think I will attribute that to the game of penalties since they are no real masters of penalties and it's anyone games if it gets to that point.

Yes that is just the way it was in the game Liverpool was more into the game in the first half but going into the second half they became comfortable with the 1goal that gave Crystal Palace the chance to press forward until they were able to come back into the game. Going into the penalty kick it was a game of luck for Crystal Palace as penalties is a nobody's games they were lucky they managed to win in the penalty to win the game but both teams were incredible in their performance.

I was very shocked that Liverpool did not win that match all my hope was that Liverpool will win Crystal Palace I bet on the match and I predicted Liverpool to win I never knew that Liverpool will draw the match and then lose in the penalty stage, Liverpool was so comfortable and they were hoping that they will win Crystal Palace they did not play that match with full focus and attention and that is why they lost, when big team is too confident that they will win a small team it will be the beginning of the problem, Liverpool made a very big mistake and if they don't correct this kind of mistake when the league fully start they will keep losing and since other teams are already preparing to make sure that they win the league title it wouldn't be easy for them so they should learn to take every match serious and put in their best they should not underestimate anything whether big or small especially those small teams they should not underestimate them, one thing I know in premier League is that small teams always challenge bigger teams, however congratulation to Crystal Palace they did their best they should keep it up.
