It’s a pity that Manchester United are looking for potential buyers for Hojlund despite the players intention to stay and fight for a spot in the starting eleven. This is a player that will bring competition to Sesko and serve as a good backup striker but Manchester United keep insisting they want to sell.
I think Manchester United are doing the right thing to sell him, because he has been there main striker for the last two seasons and he has not been able to prove himself. He wants to stay at Manchester United to fight for a place in the team, but had two years to do that and have not been able to do it, when he really does not have much competition, what chances does he have now that Manchester united already spend big on acquiring Benjamin Sesko. In my opinion I don't think he has much of a chance, also Manchester United has really spent big and they need to recoup some of the money and probably get other targets.
I also think its a good move for him to try other clubs and hopefully he can rekindle his career. The potentials are there, but Manchester united needs a ready made striker and don't have the time to wait on potential that might not even materialize, so it's going to be a good deal for the both parties if he finally secures a move away.
