I have observed the betting activity of the crash game for a long while and never noticed more than 10 users to place bet at the same time. Looks like the 2% house edge of the in-house games has created a negative impression among the gambler's mind. As a result, the 100% RTP has failed to attract the users. It would be better to reduce the house edge of those games permanently (from 2% to 1%).
