Nigeria really need to win Sudan today in the African Nations Championship. We lost to Senegal last on the 5th of this month, so we need to win today. I think Senegal is the only country that is strong in group D aside Nigeria. To qualify should not be of any problem to us at all.
It's 41 minutes gone and Nigeria is loosing by 1 goal through an own goal scored by Ngenge. Nigeria remains the only team in the group D with zero points so far. Two teams on top with 4 points, so even if they eventually win today, they will be occupying the third place in the table. I feel that the team is not concentrating enough and they really need to sort them selves out in the remaining minutes to turn the game around. Leaving this competition with no point should not be allowed and if they loose to Sudan today, that means Congo might also beat them next. The giant of Africa must behave like their name implies today.
So far, every goal Nigeria has conceded has been self induced, their keeper caused it against Senegal, now is Ngenge. I wish them luck in the remaining 59 minutes or more.
