If you ask me how much their chance to win the title, and i surely say they have 100% chance to win it. I know others may argue it's a pre-season, but don't forget massive result in pre-season represent how capable they are in winning the title.

As long as the Bundesliga is concerned Bayern Munich face no competition winning the league title. Bayer Leverkusen just had a one season wonder that made them champions and now Bayern are back at their best to continue their dominance in the Bundesliga, I see them winning and retaining the league title again next season.
I think the same way you do. They'll likely be at the top of the Champions League next season and win the Bundesliga. Bayern is entering a new era. The results will be evident. I expect Bayern to reach the UCL semi-finals this year. I don't see any teams in the Bundesliga that could challenge them anyway.
