The end of the Kolpak system has done wonders to CSA. If that system was still in place, then players such as Dewald Brevis and Corbin Bosch would be playing for the English county sides instead of the South African national team. Also from what I understood, the CSA is not being too strict with the transformation quotas nowadays.
