As gamblers, we all know that most casinos now have a VIP program. The only way to reach that level or increase your VIP status is by continuously gambling and placing higher stakes so you can climb up faster.
So this question is for those aiming for a higher VIP level or those already there..
how do you feel about it? Does it actually give you real benefits, or does it just make you spend more?
Even when I was playing poker, where I made a profit practically every month (on average 11 months a year), I used to avoid climbing the VIP programs in an unnatural way. If I had to make a greater effort to reach the next level with what I was getting more rakeback, that translated into a lower win rate and generally wasn't worth it. It was only worth it if I was very close to the next level. But casinos don't give away free money, and if they're giving you more rakeback, it's because they know they're making more profits from those who are trying to reach the next VIP level. So, I think that, in general, it's not worth it.
