Do casinos profit from addiction, or do they truly promote "responsible gaming" as they claim?
I have not seen a casino that invites people to their platform to get rich; they have it in their terms that their players should play responsibly. The casino wants to promote its platform as an entertainment portal, its the gambler’s interpretation that makes it bad.
But you have to ask yourself, If casinos eliminated all problem gamblers, would they still be profitable?
I don’t think casinos would want to have addicted gamblers who are stealing or are a problem to the family, they are still going to be in profit even if they don’t have this kind of people.
