Maybe you're right, this season there will be less of a battle for the top as many teams are in a bad position, Juventus and Milan being the absolute leaders
I don't see Atalanta doing well either after selling all their prized possessions.

Napoli can dominate Serie A in this season but it can come from weakness of their competitors. Other big clubs have many problems and perhaps they won't perform well in this season and give a great opportunity of winning Scudetto again to Napoli.
Napoli and Conte already shown in the last season that they were able to win Scudetto even they were not a strongest and best club in Serie A. If they have chance, they can take it and win Scudetto so other competitors in Serie A must perform more carefully in this season to take Scudetto from Napoli. It seems many big clubs in Italy are not ready to beat Napoli in this season with problems from player resources to head coach positions.
