I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Chelsea is not a team we should write off this season. The majority of people underestimate them. While that team is capable of winning the Champions League this season, even if they are out of the competition for two seasons, their current squad can win it.

When Chelsea got to the club World Cup they were easily rule out by most of us here because we had actually viewed them to carry on with their poor performance but they went their and won it even though we all can argue that they got lucky by opponents they faced I think they were good to get that lucky and they proved that by defeating the PSG team which looked superior last season. So yes Chelsea should be considered favourites too
