It would've been understandable if he had said 100 years, but saying 1000 years changes the gravity of the matter. It's impossible to predict how something that emerged only 16 years ago will impact the next 1000 years. Considering the speed of technological advancement, making such a statement does nothing but trivialize the issue. In my opinion 1000 years from now there will be neither the US dollar nor gold. It's even doubtful whether the Earth will still be habitable. We all believe in Bitcoin's future, that's why we're here. But saying Bitcoin will still be the most valuable asset 1000 years from now is not a claim to be taken very seriously.
1000 years of saying that Bitcoin being the perfect asset does look ridiculous, because 1000 years is a long time that we can't predict.
In fact, the Bitcoin Halving will only be completed in 2140 after Bitcoin is finished being mined and there are still 29 Halving left.

Bitcoin assets will probably just be ordinary assets and more instruments will emerge with the rapid development of technology, or we will not use the Money or assets we currently use.

Technology will continue to adapt, and maybe the current economic system will not be used and there are other systems so that Assets or anything at the moment will become very obsolete,
This is like a Science Fiction Statement that only happens in Movies only.
