Como completely rebuilt their team after securing promotion to Serie A. Last season, they were quite successful in competing and maintaining their place in Serie A. Not only that, they even finished 10th in the standings last season.

Usually we don't see teams like Como spending a lot of money on TransferMarket. But this season Como has spent a lot of money. And it is more than 100 million. Jesus Rodriguez, Baturina, Kuhn and Addai have been bought by Como to strengthen their attack. We have seen Como perform quite well in the last season. In the past, it was very difficult for this team to qualify for Serie A. But last season Como was in 10th place in the table. And this season Como management has strengthened the squad even more. This season the team will probably fight to qualify for the Europa League.
They’ve brought in some real talent to their ranks—Baturina is the future of the Croatian national team, Jesús Rodríguez is a 19-year-old Spanish wonderkid, and so on. There’s always the “second-year problem” for newly promoted Serie A teams: they either sell all their talent to bigger clubs and perish, or they overspend and buy bad players who aren't capable of playing at the level of the league.
We’ll see what happens, but I predict they'll be better than last year—maybe even competing for a Europa League spot.
