They asked for hard KYC (plenty of selfies, bank statements etc)



I sent them all. They accepted KYC1 rejected other documents without even saying why they did this.



Then after LONG verification they basically said same thing as in first mail



"We appreciate your cooperation.



Unfortunately, your account is suspended due to a breach of our Terms of Service.



Best"



So what they did is suspend my account did hard verification without any intentions to actually verify me (all my docs were fine i did plenty of selfies etc so it was obvious that i'm "real" )





They didn't even return my deposits and no reply on mail for months. This is just straight up robbery.
