Even though there may be some things that can be a negative effect, but precisely with the budget that we set from the beginning it can be more able to minimize our gambling with a note that we are disciplined to carry out this.

I always apply this where I always set a nominal for my gambling if it has reached the specified limit then no matter what I will stop if it has run out. So in the end this has become a reminder from the start for yourself to be able to manage existing finances while gambling.

This can be an alternative to minimize us so that in the end we are more awake to control the gambling activities carried out but once again this will be effective if we are disciplined to ourselves and force ourselves to remain in good control. If we are not disciplined with what we have planned from the beginning then in the end, no matter how the strategy to minimize gambling is useless because this goes back to the gambler himself.

If you initially treat gambling as entertainment, and not as a way to make money, then the probability that you will leave much more money in the game than you expected is less. And when we start playing for money, building complex strategies for winning  of course, this can work, but then there is a high probability in case of loss to try to win back everything invested, and then the stakes begin to rise, which can lead to even greater losses. A fixed amount for the game and a more relaxed attitude is the secret of self-control.
This may make sense to some gamblers, but I actually think the opposite is true because when we view gambling as a means of making money, we become more motivated and aggressive in order to achieve what we want.

It may seem naive to say that I only seek enjoyment in gambling, but ultimately, we must view this as the sole reason for gambling. This doesn’t mean we don’t want to win—after all, everyone, including me, hopes for victory in gambling—but it doesn’t mean this can be used as a means to make money, as that would be a mistake.

Managing money in gambling and wanting to make money from gambling are different. When we manage money, we indirectly don’t want to make gambling everything or, in other words, we don’t want the risk of addiction to grow. It’s different if the goal is to make money, and no matter how long gambling is used as a means to make money, it won’t succeed. Even if it does, only about 10% of gamblers or maybe even fewer can do it.
