I think it would be much better if you added more details in your announcement. Like,
1. What kind of Job is it?
2. What are the required qualifications?
3. What tasks are the applicant supposed to fulfil and how many hours will the work per week?
4. What is the approximate compensation?
It's better so that by the time someone PMs you, they are sure about what they are going to do or how much they may receive as compensation.
