And that's why I think every gambler should set their own risk-taking limit before the start of gambling and should gamble accordingly later, otherwise they are more likely to be in danger.
One example is by setting an amount of being spent monthly or weekly. Or anyday that a gambler is able to afford.
And after observing these things, I myself currently always prefer to play it safe, as it is always below 5% of my monthly income.
That's a justifiable allocation for how much you're spending in gambling. Having more than 5% is likely the sign that you're doing it too much but as long as you want to stay safe and keep it 5% or under it, you're still responsible for yourself just as what others are saying that we have to keep it affordable whenever we lose.
